Terms & Conditions

Purchasing Tickets

  1. Tickets can be purchased online on via PayPal, credit or debit card. Purchases can also be made in cash at the relevant venue or from one of our representatives. Tickets can only be reserved once payment has been made.

  2. Online ticket purchases will be delivered via email to the address supplied within 30 minutes. If there are any issues, please check your spam and junk folders. If no tickets have arrived, check that payment was completed and then email

  3. Tickets may be exchanged or transferred, but the new ticket holder would need to provide the original purchaser's name and must have proof of transfer via a written message or email.

Cancellations and Refunds

  1. On the rare occasion that an event is cancelled you will be informed via the email that you purchased the tickets with. We also suggest checking our social media channels and our Upcoming Events section for confirmation. You will also receive a refund unless otherwise stated. This will take 5-10 business days to be processed. 

  2. If an event is postponed and rearranged to a later date we will hold your tickets and payment, inform you and give you the option to cancel and have your tickets refunded.

At The Event

  1. When attending an event, please bring the email and tickets with you. You do not need to print them, electronically will be fine. The QR code, name and email must all be easily read. We will have a list of ticket holders and will be able to check you in that way if there is any issue.

  2. Unless otherwise stated, seating is first come, first served. 

  3. If you are disabled or require assistance in getting to your seat we will try our best to accommodate you. If you have any concerns please email us at before coming.

  4. Please be advised that there may be photography and/or filming at our events. You may be in the photos or video content and we will distribute it on our social channels. If you do not wish for any media of you to be published please inform our photographers and/or camera crew.

  5. The venue's Health & Safety and other rules must be respected at all times. 

  6. The Venue and The Doorstep team reserve the right to refuse admission.

  7. The Venue and The Doorstep team reserve the right to remove you from the venue and event once it has started.

Personal Information and Privacy

  1. We may share your personal information with Promoters, venue operators and others as necessary only for the purposes of the event. We will not otherwise share that information for marketing or any other purposes without your consent (as part of the booking process or otherwise) unless required by law.

  2. We will always respect your privacy and any personal communication between you and ourselves. We will always comply with United Kingdom data protection legislation.
